My research interests are 1) to develop research tools and disease models to study neurodegenerative diseases, 2) to produce potential cell source for the cell replacement therapy to cure the diseases, 3) to understand pathophysiological mechanism of neurodegenerative diseases and 4) to discover potential therapeutic targets for next generation medicine for neurodegenerative diseases. I would like to apply my basic research findings for the translational medicine approaches for the future treatment of neurodegenerative disorders.
